Please place a new order to secure the item(s) you want and return your unwanted item(s) per the below instructions.
At Sara's Prints we understand that sometimes kids grow three sizes overnight, their love of superheroes has flown away for good (or until next week), or some other mix-up means the pajamas or outerwear just isn't right for right now. No worries. Return any of our products purchased from our website within 30 days unworn and with tags still attached and we will refund your payment in full (excluding shipping charges). For products purchased elsewhere, please contact the merchant.
If your new item has a defect from the factory, please email a photo of the defect to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make the situation right for you.
TO MAKE A RETURN
Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt or order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email, and mark the items being returned.
Write your order number on the outside of the shipping box.
